                  Property Recycling Group plc (the "Company") 
                            Director's shareholding 
 
The Company has received notification on 27 August 2010 that Paul Rackham, the 
chairman of the Company, has bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary 
Shares") at 9.5p per share on that date. Following this transaction the Rackham 
Family is interested in 23,652,721 Ordinary Shares representing 65.34 per cent. 
of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
