Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist
producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods
for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been
informed that on 21 October Godfrey Davis, Non-Executive Director,
bought 25,000 shares at a price of 38 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Davis holding in the Company has
increased to 127,567 which represents 0.92% of the Company's issued
share capital.
