Further to the announcement on 17th August 2010, a resolution to cancel the 
listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority 
will be put to the Company's shareholders at a general meeting of the Company to 
be held at 11.00am today (the "GM"). In advance of the GM, trading in the 
Company's shares has been suspended at the request of the Company.
