    Result of Scheme Meetings

    Following the Court Hearing held earlier today, the Company is pleased to announce that the Court has approved the Scheme and the
capital reduction which formed part of the Scheme.

    Accordingly, it is expected that by 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, 2nd December 2008,  the Company's ordinary shares listed for trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market will be cancelled, and the ordinary shares of The Real Hotel Group Plc ("RHG") will be admitted to
trading on AIM.

    It is expected that the existing designation on trading screens of "RHC" will be changed following the admission of listing of RHG to
AIM to "RHG". 

    Terms and expressions used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meanings as in the Scheme
Circular posted to shareholders on 16 October 2008.
