RMR plc ("RMR") announces that the latest of its programme  of
online   conferences  opened  yesterday,  1  May   2000.   The
conference, ForBusiness2000 (www.forbusiness2000.com), is  the
world's  first  e-commerce  conference  run  entirely  on  the
Internet.   It  is sponsored by Dell Computer Corporation  and
Red  Hat  Inc.   Keynote speakers at the  conference  include:
Steve  Ballmer,  President and Chief  Executive  of  Microsoft
Corporation  and  Afam Edozie, Marketing  Director  of  Virgin
Biznet  - a trading division of Virgin Net Ltd.

Commenting on the opening, Philip Marcella, Chief Executive of
RMR,  said: "We are delighted to announce our first conference
as  a public company and that this conference is ahead of  our
budgeted expectations."

ForBusiness2000  is the latest of nine RMR online  conferences
in construction or marketing stages.
