RMR announces the conditional allotment of 695,236 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options.

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
