change in directorship in another publicly quoted
company.
John Roche, a Non-Executive
Director, informed the Company in October 2024 that he was
appointed to the board of Syncona Limited as a non-executive
director with effect from 1 October 2024. Syncona Limited is a
leading life science investor focused on creating, building and
scaling a portfolio of global leaders in life science.
