Board restructuring and formation of Operational Board

The Rethink Group plc (AIM: RTG), one of the UK's leading talent management and recruitment services companies, announces that is has today re-structured its board of directors ("Plc Board") and created a new operational board ("Executive Board").

The new Executive Board will focus on executing the Group's ambitious three year growth strategy, as recently detailed in the Group's final results, through the development and delivery of Talent Management and Recruitment services. Its central responsibility will be on business development across all the Group's brands. The Executive Board will comprise: Steve Wright (CEO), Andy Lord (COO) and other key executives; Michael Bennett, Iain Blair, Fergal Brosnan, Steve Greenwood, Rob O'Callaghan and Ben Felton (CFO).

The Plc Board has been streamlined to five members. The Plc Board membership now consists of: John O'Sullivan (Non-Executive Chairman), Steve Wright (CEO), Ben Felton (CFO), Peter Crystal (Senior Non-Executive Director) and John Kirkham (Non-Executive Director).

The Plc Board will concentrate on supporting the Executive Board in the formulation and review and execution of Group strategy, investor relations and maintaining strong standards of corporate governance.
