Screenetics chosen by Xexec as part of major public sector
contract
Ultrasis the provider of healthcare and wellness services is
pleased to provide further details that its Health screening and
wellbeing company, Screenetics, has been chosen as the exclusive
provider of a range of health screening options as part of a large
public sector salary sacrifice scheme which was recently awarded to
Xexec.
The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) selected Xexec
as its provider of choice to deliver a combined employee benefits
programme to the Metropolitan Police Service's (MPS) 45,000 staff
following a rigorous tender process. The Framework Agreement will
also be open to elected local policing bodies and other police
authorities, for UK police forces, the Greater London Authority
(GLA) and UK Fire & Rescue Services, with a total head count of
335,094.
The service, incorporating Xexec's lifestyle discounts product,
will be delivered under the banner 'Met Offers'. In addition to the
Screentics health screening product, Xexec will offer childcare
vouchers via Computershare Voucher Services and cycle-to-work
through the choice of either Evans Cycles or Halfords.
Saul Meyer, Xexec CEO, says: "We're delighted to be working with
the Metropolitan Police Service on this ambitious programme. Our
experience with the Department for Work and Pensions, the Ministry
of Justice, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, HMRC, the
Department for Education, and other public sector clients has
helped position Xexec as a credible and reliable provider of
combined benefits and recognition programmes and we hope to create
an exciting and engaging benefits package for all MPS staff". He
added: "We look forward to working closely with Screenetics as our
provider for the screening elements of this program and to
implementing the bespoke solution Screenetics have created for this
contract with Xexec."
"We are naturally delighted to be working with Xexec and the
other providers to deliver this unique contract to the Metropolitan
Police Services and the wider public sector organisations who can
use this framework agreement. We expect to see significant interest
from the employees and their families and believe that the
Screenetics team will offer considerable benefit to their health
and wellbeing. " says Ultrasis chief Executive John Smith.
"Salary sacrifice schemes are tax efficient ways for employees
to benefit from a regular annual health check. Just like you MOT
your car it's about giving your body an MOT to ensure that
everything is in tip top condition." said Kevin Hollick, Managing
Director at Screenetics. He added "Our experience of providing
services to similar salary sacrifice schemes indicates a typical
take up of around 3-5% of the workforce but we hope that with
targeted marketing and the high level of health awareness amongst
the employees this will be exceeded and lead to significant income
to the company over the next 3 years."
