In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule
5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 7 November
2019, please note that Bovis Homes Group PLC's capital consists of
148,334,373 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The increase from 148,333,362 Ordinary 50p shares on 7 November
2019 is due to the issue of 1,011 shares to satisfy the exercise of
share options.
Bovis Homes Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Bovis
