For what its worth. Here is a letter I wrote to Pulte. I hope it gets to him and not intercepted by lower-level staff. I know I open myself to criticism by posting, but thought I would give it a go. Others can modify for their own use.

about definitely going into recession right now. I thought we were, but after 3 pivots(the 3rd today after the bell- about China Tariffs to be substantially less, and no plans to fire Powell) by Trump in 3 weeks or so, I can see he seems to want the markets

Perhaps the avian flu is a blessing in disguise. It's eliminated the need for at least some of those roosts for the chickens' homecoming.

Is it me or are these getting shorter? Didn't even mention Thiago or Brian being in prison at all, kind of disappointed. TL;DR, as per usual.
