History

Way back in 1963, the company AB Restaurang Rouletter was formed in Sweden by Bill Lindwall and Rolf Lundström. So, what does all this have to do with the online gambling giant NetEnt? In the 1990s, a project that would eventually turn into NetEnt was launched within the Cherry group by Pontus Lindwall, the son of Bill Lindwall. With i a focus on the emerging online gaming market, the company NetEntertainment was formally created in 1996, back when online gambling was still in its infancy.
