Moneta Markets is set to expand its global footprint with the launch of a dedicated proprietary trading firm. Spearheaded by CEO and Founder David Bily, the initiative is entering its final development phase. The firm is now actively seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and scale the operation into a formidable player within the prop trading space.

In a recent LinkedIn post, Bily characterized the ideal candidate as a “results-driven leader” with a proven track record in proprietary trading. The role will demand strategic growth planning, operational leadership, team development, and performance oversight.

“The product is nearly ready,” Bily shared. “Now I just need the right person to scale it into a fierce industry competitor.”

The firm is prioritizing candidates with deep expertise in risk management, trader support, sales, and marketing. A strategic mindset and leadership acumen are essential, with preference given to those currently based in or open to relocating to Dubai.

Strategic Diversification and Industry Momentum

This move reflects Moneta Markets’ broader ambition to diversify its product offerings and cater to the growing demand for structured and performance-driven trading opportunities.
