More info about Fiona Craig
Cobra Resources Plc (LSE:COBR) has begun sonic core drilling operations at its Boland Project in South Australia, marking a significant step forward in its exploration of ionic Rare Earth Elements (REEs). The drilling initiative is aimed at evaluating the orebody’s potential for in situ recovery (ISR) and examining the concentration of valuable heavy rare earth elements, including dysprosium and terbium—critical materials in global high-tech industries.
The results, expected within the next four to six weeks, will play a crucial role in defining the project’s resource base, conducting ISR field trials, and refining metallurgical processing techniques. Success in these areas could substantially strengthen Cobra’s foothold in the rare earths sector.
