Mirriad Advertising PLC (LSE:MIRI) has successfully raised £1.5 million through an accelerated bookbuild, placing 15 billion ordinary shares with investors at a price of 0.01 pence per share. This fundraising initiative, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming General Meeting, is aimed at strengthening the company’s working capital to support its operations in the virtual advertising industry.
