Sunda Energy Plc (LSE:SNDA) has completed the conversion of loan notes into ordinary shares, issuing over 3.1 billion new shares to its investors. Alongside this, the company has granted warrants that provide investors the option to purchase additional shares at a premium price. These actions are designed to improve Sunda Energy’s financial flexibility and reinforce its foothold in the Southeast Asian gas market.
