Wellnex Life Limited (LSE:WNX) has issued 646,153 new ordinary shares at A$0.65 each to settle fees related to an agreement with Barclay Pearce Capital Investment Pty Limited. These shares will be admitted to trading on AIM, increasing the company’s total share capital to 67,771,528 ordinary shares. This increase will affect shareholder calculations under FCA regulations.
