Comptoir Group PLC (LSE:COM) reported a 10% year-over-year increase in revenue, reaching £34.6 million for the fiscal year 2024. Gross profit stood at £27.8 million; however, the company posted a post-tax loss of £1.9 million and saw its adjusted net cash position decline to £3.0 million.
In response to ongoing operational challenges, the group closed underperforming sites such as Kenza and Comptoir Bluewater, while simultaneously expanding its footprint with new openings and international franchise growth. Cost pressures—driven by rising wages and inflation—continue to weigh on margins, prompting the company to intensify its focus on cash preservation and operational streamlining.
