Acuity RM Group Completes Broker Option, Raises £421,071

Acuity RM Group plc (LSE:ACRM), a cybersecurity-focused software company, has successfully completed its Broker Option, raising £10,000 through the issuance of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares at 1 pence per share. Each share is accompanied by a warrant, allowing subscription for an additional share at 1.5 pence. This latest issuance brings the total funds raised to £421,071. The new shares will begin trading on AIM on 23 May 2025.

The newly issued shares are fully paid and carry equal rights with existing shares, increasing the company’s total share count to 193,701,583. This increase will affect shareholder voting calculations.
