Board Changes

Stellar Diamonds plc, the London listed (LSE:STEL) diamond development company focused on West Africa, is announces that Liviu Meran has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director and the resignation from the Board of non-executive director James Campbell.
Liviu Constantin Meran, aged 36, is a Romanian national who holds a bachelor’s degree in trade economy and a master’s degree in marketing from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Mr Meran has previously worked as a Senior Treasury Accountant at CUPROM Corporation from 2005 to 2008 and as Chief Financial Officer at SC Foradex SA from 2008 to 2010.
Mr Meran became Financial Manager at Foradex Corporation in 2010 and then became General Manger of Foradex Corporation in January this year. Foradex Invest SRL, the holding company of Foradex Corporation, is a 23% shareholder of Stellar.
