Nordic Trustee ASA has sent out summons for bondholder meetings in REM04PRO and REM05. The summons are attached hereto. Please also find attached a letter of today from the Company's legal adviser to Nordic Trustee ASA. If the bondholders meetings are held as scheduled on 9 December 2016, the earliest date for completion of the restructuring and the merger will be 12 December 2016. Key information regarding completion will be provided separately prior to completion. Conditional record date for the bonds in REM04PRO and REM05 is set to 30 November 2016.
