SEC Reporting doesn't get a yield sign. CEO is clueless. It's either delinquent or not delinquent. It was posted after 5:30pm so it gets processed as next day. It's possible it may spend a day on EM tomorrow but will quickly be Pink Current, given it passes review. Talk about procrastination ὢ
