Micro Cap Financial Conference to be held May 3-5, 2009 in
Monterey, CA. The conference format consists of a general morning
session where each of the presenting companies will give a 6-minute
presentation to an audience of financial attendees. In the
afternoon session, each presenting company will host six 30-minute
breakout meetings in their own private meeting room. API's Chairman
and CEO, Rick Kurtz, will present in the morning session, and Rick
