French television group Television Francaise 1-TF1, a unit of French conglomerate Bouygues SA (EN.FR), Friday said that its co-Chief Executive Axel Duroux has resigned.

The group and Duroux, who was appointed in September only, "decided by mutual agreement to terminate their collaboration because of strategic differences regarding the management of the company."

"Axel Duroux leaves TF1 today," the television group added.
