Great find. I wondered how they get out of property tax. A church or organization on public property IE: City or village proper does pay property taxes but those are reduced as well.
It would go a long way if the government finally taxes the churches. All denominations.

But that does not mean they are immediately sold by the buyer. Some, maybe most, will be flipped quickly. But that still is not all and is not the same day.
