No restrictions lifted yet... My broker, Schawb, says that it is the reaction from the SEC allowing the DJT warrants to be exercised. It can cause quite a comotion in the stock when it happens... Let;s see what next week brings...........................I wouldn't be suprised to see a small gain somewhere along the line, but I don't expect it to last ver;y long. The volume almost tripled in the last few days so it's probably safe to assume some main stockholders got their restrictions lifted this month.
Large holders like nunes and orlando and principals still can only sell a percentage, but when that percentage can also be two or three million, that's pretty substantial when it comes from a few holders. One million at 25 bucks is still 25 million dollars profit.

Lets not forget, the principal players nunes, orlando and owner djt got most if not all their stock for free, so if it drops below a buck they still profit well.

The shares could be traded earlier if Trump Media’s board were to waive the restrictions. Then likely shareholders would/could challenge it with lawsuits so doubt it's going to happen. However with Trump, his money grab greed, court obsession, you can't rule it out.

I am not speaking of any particular DJT shares I am stating a way that he could get them released early if he filed with the board for an early release. Any 10 year old would understand how it works. So your no answer is incorrect. There is a way for him to sell some of the DJT stock early if he takes the proper steps. Very large selling volume indicates that everyone who exercised their warrants is dumping this POS, just as expected.
