Again...I live and die by my chart reads...🥳...I find a chart I like ...check the float...check the news if any...and make my decision...I do not try to analyze every angle...My chart reads tells me all I need to know...at times it works and at time it does not...

I get everything you are saying but it does not play into my thinking...if it works for you that's great...I know withing 30 seconds if I am buying or not...

I will try another angle…. Lol. On a chart you can see a stock bottomed at 52w lows. It pops a few green candles on the 30min (alert) then drops and trades sideways with no wicks to the topside of the candle. Chart candles look flat on top til it drops again and only wicks are on the lower side of the candles. Well you can’t watch L2 from the past but the chart tells you already a wall pushed the price down right? So the chart looks like a short or a scaling out from a short? A lot of people say loading wall but then the stock never goes anywhere and keeps falling with only cat bounces setting a descending trendline….. so chances are said alert was just to create volume to cover size and the weight on the ask is to control price while covering.
Sorry for the poor job of relaying my thoughts but I think you get where I am coming from.

I understand your rationale. But one must also be observant of tendencies no? Just the same as a candlestick pattern? I too share your opinion of the chart but what I am hearing is your not a fan of Level 2 or the psychology? Not trying to make assumptions cause some do actually consider it noise… It’s just level 2 is a game of determining “intent” imo. It paints a picture. Often of a Wolf in Sheep clothing.
