Resignation of Chief Operating Officer.

 

On July 25, 2023, Mr. Daisuke Katano, Chief Operating Officer of Aerwins Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) resigned from his role as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Katano’s resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
