Transaction OverviewPortman Ridge Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: PTMN) and Logan Ridge Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: LRFC) (together, the “Companies”), business development companies (“BDCs”) managed by affiliates of BC Partners Advisors L.P.
