On December 18, 2024, Steven Amaya, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of TaskUs, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Company’s principal accounting officer, notified the Company of his resignation, effective February 26, 2025, to pursue other opportunities. Until the Company appoints a permanent successor, Balaji Sekar, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer in addition to serving as principal financial officer.
