Visteon Ranks Highest in J.D. Power and Associates Vehicle Multimedia Quality Study

Corporation (NYSE:VC) has set a benchmark for quality as it ranks
highest in the AM/FM/Single CD Player segment of the J.D. Power and
Associates 2006 Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study. (Logo:

Visteon system, which is on 14 various vehicle models, performs
well across all areas measured in the segment, with an overall
problems-per-100- vehicles (PP100) score of 3.7 (the lower the
PP100 score, the higher the quality). The J.D. Power and Associates
2006 Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study, released Aug. 3, is
based on responses from 63,607 owners of new 2006 model-year cars
and light-duty trucks. The study measures owner experiences with
the quality, design satisfaction and features of automotive
multimedia systems in new vehicles. Visteon is a leader in vehicle
multimedia, focusing on delivering high- quality, innovative
products that meet the rapidly changing needs of today's consumers.
The company has introduced several technologies to the market
including the first factory-installed HD Radio system, Satellite
Radio System and USB Audio Interface. Later this summer, Visteon
