Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it established a subsidiary, Chongqing Xinjiang Pharmaceutical
Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in China (“Xinjiang Pharmaceutical”) to provide high-quality and cost-effective medications
for patients to extend its business model to “Medical-Pharmaceutical-Patient.”
