Aflac Announces Full-Season Multi-Year Sponsorship COLUMBUS, Ga., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Aflac Incorporated (NYSE:AFL) today announced its signing of a full-season multi-year primary sponsorship of Roush Fenway Racing driver Carl Edwards and the No. 99 Ford Fusion. On June 15, 2007, in a press conference at Michigan International Speedway, Aflac entered into a partnership with Roush Fenway to sponsor eight races in what were then the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series and Busch Series. Then on July 6, 2007 at Daytona International Speedway, Aflac announced an agreement to become the exclusive official supplemental insurance partner of NASCAR through the 2010 season.
