(b) Retirement of Named Executive Officer
On July 18, 2019, Humana Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jody L. Bilney, Chief Consumer Officer, has decided to retire from that position
effective December 31, 2019, after which date she has agreed to serve as an advisor to the Company for a period of time.
