Louisiana-Pacific Corp. shares rose 7.4% to $63.25 in
after-hours trading Monday after investor Warren Buffett's
Berkshire Hathaway Inc. disclosed a stake in the company.
Berkshire Hathaway acquired roughly 5.8 million shares of the
wood building products maker, according to a regulatory filing.
