communities across multiple countries worldwide.
To be considered for the Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces™,
companies must be identified as outstanding global employers with
recognition on at least five Best Workplaces lists in Asia, Europe,
Latin America, Africa, North America, or Australia during 2023 or
early 2024. MetLife’s inclusion follows its being named to the
Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in the U.S. in 2024 and
2023. MetLife was also recognized in 2024 on Great Place to Work
