Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 10, 2024, Hiten Patel, Senior Vice President, Controller and principal accounting officer of Offerpad Solutions Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective as of May 30, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) to pursue another opportunity. Also on May 10, 2024, the Company designated James Grout, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance, to serve as principal accounting officer, effective as of the Effective Date.
