Mailstream Solution is a Flexible High-Speed Inserter that Reduces
Costs and Increases Revenues for Mail Operators STAMFORD, Conn.,
Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, Pitney Bowes announced new
enhancements to the high-speed FlowMaster(R) RS inserter. The new
features deliver increased flexibility and productivity as well as
improved serviceability. Pitney Bowes will demonstrate the system
with a number of leading-edge mailstream solutions at Graph Expo(R)
and Converting Expo(R), America's number one printing and graphics
communications event, held in Chicago, IL, October 15-18, 2006.
Pitney Bowes is located at Booth 2063. This new solution for the
growing direct mail market is equipped with servo-powered rotary
feeders. The FlowMaster(R) RS inserter will be integrated with the
Flexible Bindery Interface processing a folded, one-page
personalized direct mail application. In addition, the system will
demonstrate variable, high-definition graphics and text printed on
the envelope in real time. Enhancements include: -- Modular
operator-replaceable feeders -- Proven rotary feed technology --
16K cycle rate for letter applications -- Tamping deck for insert
preparation -- Visual setup markers -- Teflon(R) coated paper path
