The Company announces that it has today been informed that on 13 November 2003
Sue A Holihan sold 700,000 shares in Actif Group. Following this disposal, Mrs
Holihan has an interest in 2,407,233 ordinary shares (583,400 of which are
registered in the name of her spouse, Francis Leonard Holihan), representing
approximately 3.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
