Ahold Delhaize share buyback update December 13, 2022

Zaandam, the Netherlands, December 13, 2022 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 459,000 of its common shares in the period from December 5, 2022 up to and including December 9, 2022. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 28.22 per share for a total consideration of € 13 million.
