notification yesterday that Erudite Limited, a company ultimately 100% owned by
Peter Gyllenhammar, has sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and as a
result now has a holding of 2,989,177 ordinary shares representing approximately
7.85% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
