been notified of the following changes of interest in the shares of the company.

Following a sale of 100,000 shares on 5 December 2003 Graphite Enterprise Trust
plc now has an interest in 811,071 shares in the company representing 3.75% of
the issued share capital of 21,586,352 Ordinary shares of 5p each.
