Board of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 7, 2014) - Dundee Precious
Metals Inc. (TSX:DPM)(TSX:DPM.WT.A) (the "Company" or "DPM") held
its annual and special meeting of shareholders in Toronto today. A
total of 108,672,891 shares (approximately 78% of the outstanding
common shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
The shareholders appointed the 11 board members (seven of whom
are independent), with shares represented at the meeting voting in
favour of the individual directors as follows:

Dundee Precious Metals Inc. is a Canadian based, international
