Bauxite" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed its annual
financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal
year ended September 30, 2013. Both are available under the Company's profile on

Also, on January 21, 2014, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Larry Washow as
a Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, Mr. Washow was acting as an Interim
Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since August 29, 2013.


In addition First Bauxite announced that Mr. George Bennett has resigned as its
Chief Operating Officer. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Bennett for his years
