Vior : Shares Issued to Fonds de Solidarite FTQ

SOCIETE D'EXPLORATION MINIERE VIOR INC. (TSX VENTURE: VIO),
(FRANKFURT: VL5) - announces that, subject to the TSX Venture
Exchange approval, Vior will issue 59,355 common shares at deemed
price of $0.15288 per share to Fonds de solidarite FTQ Nord du
Quebec ("FTQ") representing the interest due (totalling $9,073.97
as of February 12, 2011), pursuant to a private placement by way of
convertible debenture in the principal amount of $150,000 on August
12, 2009, that bears interest at the rate of 12 % par annum,
payable semi-annually in cash or in common shares from Vior's
capital stock.
Profile
Vior is a growing mining company focused on developing its
properties. The company owns 75% of the Douay Ouest gold project
and other mineral properties.
