(TSX.V: XX) (“Avante” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the nominees set forth in the Company’s management information circular dated August 28, 2023 (the “Circular”), being Daniel Argiros, Wade Burton, Robert Klopot, Emmanuel Mounouchos and Bruce Bronfman, were elected as directors of the Company at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held today (the “Meeting”). Each of the directors elected at the Meeting will hold office until the next annual general meeting of the Company or until their earlier resignation or removal.

At the Meeting, shareholders also approved the re-appointment of RSM Canada LLP as the auditor of the Company for the 2023 fiscal year, and the ratification of the Company’s stock option plan.
