That OS data as of 01/172025 is already over twenty days old which can't be trusted because a OTC stock could increase its OS number Significantly Within just a single day Without actually selling those diluting shares in the day! For example, its peer (VTXB) had the Same old OS for over two months (till 01/20/2025) but suddenly just one day later (on 01/21/2025) the new OS was increased by 250M shares in the same time there was almost no any share's selling activities in that OS-change day! So, the Same thing could happen here: during the past over 20 days the new OS might be already 1B ~ 3B or even close to 4B shares since the AS of ALST is 4B shares which is the Same as the AS of VTXB!
