Marlton, NJ January 20, 2010: Allegiant today announced it has
filed its September 2008 Form 10K and intends to file its
transitional December 2008 Form 10K shortly MARLTON, N.J., Jan. 20
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allegiant Professional Business Services
Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRO) announced that on January 6, 2010 it has
filed its annual Form 10K for the period ending September 30, 2008
and is moving forward to bring APRO current as soon as possible.
"This has been a particularly challenging audit to complete for a
number of reasons," Goldberg said. "However, we have worked through
all the difficult issues and anticipate that the remaining time
period to be audited will proceed smoothly." Goldberg continued,
