On May 14, 2020, Bantec, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Howco, Inc. secured a $205,000 Purchase Order to Provide Military Grade Packing for a Major Aerospace Defense Manufacturer.
