The response from investors to date has been strong, with "soft circled" commitments exceeding 50% of the offering size, already in place. Arrangements are being made for the remainder of shares to be purchased by insiders within the company.

Brookmount Gold is finalizing on the process to acquire a controlling interest in an OTC listed vehicle for cash and stock. Following closing of the acquisition, the vehicle be renamed "North American Gold Corp." All shares acquired by The Company in the vehicle, both now and in the future, will be distributed by way of a special dividend to the existing shareholders of Brookmount Gold in proportion to their existing shareholding in The Company. A few of us do this for a living bud, rather than posting on social media for there's. Regardless if this ticker is legit or not a move is coming, learn to play the real game.. Rather than playing a smart guy.

I'm not going down that path again with you.

The profit margin is ridiculous. They've promised an audit for years. There is no evidence they are actually involved in mining, they don't even know what kind of geology their gold is in. And so on.

Enough evidence for me. It's all made up.....the mining, the gold sales, the financials.

more recently the draft audit was upon shareholders for release... nada came of that.

Their playbook is to tease an audit release that then Nils and Brookmount do not produce. Natural then for those to question what if anything Brookmount does produce.

(OTC:BMXI), a leading gold exploration and development company, today announced its financial results for the year ended November 30, 2024. Revenue for the 12 months reached $18.4 million, an increase of approximately 8.2% over the corresponding result of $17 million in 2023. 100% of revenue during the year was comprised of direct sales of gold. Net income for 2024 was approximately $9.3 million, representing an increase of 4% over the prior year result of $8.9 million, primarily reflecting the impact of higher gold prices during the year.

"a leading gold exploration and development company". Hahahaha......for a company that does no exploration and no mine development??? A company that doesn't have a single technical document on its website? That doesn't seem to know what kind of orebody they have (volcanic sediments? Reef? Whatever they feel like saying?)

No audit after five years of promising. I can only come to one conclusions - they have produced no gold, and sold no gold. It's all a sham, a pretend company.

I think the last BMXI carrot is Hall Cadwick. There is no other reason to delay. Cannot replace Hall because the ladder does not go any higher up. The delays have become a millstone around BMXI's neck. Either as you say the audit is fictitious or the audit must be done in January. There are no excuses left or should I say no more tricks in the bag,...Now BMXI can say the recent buyout has delayed financials, but I would not believe that at all. The floor is falling out underneath the credibility of the CEO and the company as trading is drying up, with the exception of OTCN bouncing buys and sells. No impetus to get retail engaged through old regurgitated press releases that go nowhere. Time for BMXI to move on. Either file the audit or watch their share price plummet. Their A/S increases will reach billions of shares to finance their continued operation. imho!!!

This is an audit of the Hall Chadwick audit. This is the gold standard of audits verifying all the Hall Chadwick numbers plus an onsite inspection of the operation checking all methods and procedures. Guys it doesn't get much more thorough than this...no possibility of the books being cooked, lies or incomplete data. When completed they are ready for application of acceptance to be listed on one of the exchanges. This what We've been waiting for....almost there!
